Solis, is an innovatively simple and elegant suspension lamp that can be used as a pendant, hung from a wall, or as a freestanding portable luminaire to create a distinctive ambiance. Evoking a sense of weightlessness, Solis is an engaging blend of light and shadows filtering through its laser-cut streams, radiating patterns that resembles the sun's rays.
Solis features both a soft and light-weight polyester fabric that is held in tension between two polished nickel-chrome steel rings, providing both direct and diffused light to enhance any environment. Solis is especially striking when grouped in multiples.
Newly added Solis Freestanding models feature a suspended shade over portable tri-pod base. An extra long cord with carrying handle is provided to allow for maximum portability through-out any space.
Solis is one of six fixtures from San Francisco-based lighting design company Pablo, selected by Design House Stockholm for distribution on the European market.

• Cord: Suspension: 4.8 m (16') silver fabric cord with clear full range dimmer / wall mount unit allows for cord to feed back through to the floor and used like floor standing lamp / to use as a ceiling mounted model, dimmer is removed and the cord shortened to desired length. Freestanding: 244 cm (9') brown or white fabric covered cord with clear full range dimmer.
