| The Design House Stockholm catalogue 2011 is now available. This year we take a look at what happens from when the initial idea is born to when the final product is launched - the creative cycle that is our everyday. The cover shows Jonas Hakaniemi’s first prototype of Box Light, made of a matchbox, a LED light and a battery. The new products include Catharina Kippel’s Cobalt dinnerware - handpainted deep cobalt blue designs on white bone china; Gustaf Nordenskiöld’s Quake mugs - a successful combination of art and craft; a new wine glass and a carafe for Ulla Christiansson’s Globe collection; Pia Törnell’s Nightlight - an updated version of a classic night candle holder, Lena Bergström’s colourful Uman rugs, as well as two new stools for her Björk collection; a new larger version of Gustav Hallén’s Arrow hanger; and finally Johanna Törnqvist’s Silhouette bracelets.
