Return Policy & Claims

We always want our customers to enjoy a pleasant shopping experience at designhousestockholm.com. We kindly ask that upon delivery, you always carefully inspect your purchased products and notify us within 5 days if you find any items missing or damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any damaged products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your undamaged and unused Design House Stockholm purchase in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Returns for Bundle Offers

If you return one or more items included in a bundle offer, such as “6 for the price of 5”, the discount will be recalculated when processing your refund. The items you keep will be charged at their regular individual price, and the refund amount will correspond to the difference between the amount paid and the value of the items kept. If the entire bundle is returned, the full product amount will be refunded in accordance with our standard return policy.
